Tawf qualified as a dentist from the University of Birmingham in 2005. After four years of working in the NHS and private general practice, Tawf became a practice owner of a dental practice in West Yorkshire. During the 9 years of practice ownership, Tawf completed various restorative and implant courses. This included a year-long cosmetic and restorative course (Chris Orr 2015). He also has a certificate in multi-system implantology (Prof Ucer 2014).
In 2017 Tawf commenced a hospital based 3-year full time specialist training programme in Clinical Periodontics at the University of Sheffield. He was awarded a Doctorate in Clinical Dentistry in Periodontics with Distinction in 2020. He also successfully completed his Membership in Periodontics with The Royal College of Surgeons Edinburgh.
Tawf is also a member of the Association of Dental Implantology, British Society of Prosthodontics, British Society of Periodontology and the European Federation of Periodontology.
Tawf has significant experience and expertise in all aspects of restorative and cosmetic treatments. He is currently undertaking a Diploma in Digital Dentistry and enjoys keeping up to date with new and innovative techniques and therapies. This allows him to provide a high standard of care to treat even the most complex of cases.
He enjoys helping patients who are unhappy with their smile or chewing ability. In particular patients who may present with uneven smiles or missing teeth. A careful considered approach is taken with an emphasis on soft tissue management and tooth conservation. He is committed to a patient centred approach and takes time to understand his patients concerns.
Dr Jothi Srinivasan Special Interest in Oral Surgery
Ms. Jothi Srinivasan completed her Bachelor of Dentistry training in India, in 2000, and moved to the UK in 2001. She initially worked as a Senior House Officer in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS) in Scotland; starting in 2003 and completing her post-graduate diploma (MFDS, RCPSG) at the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow in 2006. This was followed by the International Qualifying Examination (IQE) in 2007. She has been fully registered with General Dental Council since 2007.
Ms. Srinivasan took up her first substantive post as a staff-grade surgeon at Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital in 2009 and joined the University Hospitals of Derby and Burton as a Speciality Doctor in 2015. She has over 15 years’ experience of working in hospital OMFS units across several trusts, performing a range of oral surgery procedures including the removal of complex wisdom teeth under both local and general anaesthesia. Ms. Srinivasan has completed post-graduate certificates in ‘Dental Sedation and Pain Management’ from UCL (2015) and ‘Medical Law and Ethics’ from De Montfort University (2017). She has a keen interest in medico-legal aspects of dental practice and won an Associate Fellows prize from the British Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery for her paper on ‘Digital Consent in Wisdom Tooth Surgery’ in 2020. She intends to pursue this research in the future.
Her interests outside work include baking, learning French and wine tasting; she is working toward a WSET diploma in the latter.

Dr Sumeet Champaneri Special Interest in Restorative Dentistry
Sumeet qualified from The University of Sheffield in 2015. Since this, Sumeet has undertaken a postgraduate diploma with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and has worked within the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the Royal London Dental Hospital, London. During this year, Sumeet gained an accreditation in Conscious Dental Sedation and won the 2017 British Society of Restorative Dentistry Poster Presentation Prize. More recently, Sumeet has worked within the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at the Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham and has had the opportunity to present at the World Congress of Dental Traumatology International Conference in San Diego.
Sumeet believes in providing high quality patient care and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but has developed a particular interest in Restorative Dentistry. Sumeet strives to continue his knowledge and skill development and is therefore currently undertaking the Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education with the University of Staffordshire.
Outside of dentistry, Sumeet enjoys travelling and participating in sports such as Football and Badminton.
Dr Alison Jane Warneken Special Interest in Endodontics

Alison graduated from Birmingham University in 1993. On graduating Alison Joined the Royal Navy and spent ten years in a variety of locations in the UK and abroad. Whilst working Alison gained proficient knowledge from many consultants but it was endodontics that inspired her and following several successful years taking internal referrals and developing her skills.
Alison continued to pursue her interest in endodontics working in referral endodontic jobs in a cosmetic practice in Stoke and a high-end implant, orthodontic and restorative practice in Nottingham. Alison is highly committed to a preventive approach to dentistry.
She spent 2011 and 2012 completing a Certificate and then a Diploma in Endodontics in Chester University with SimplyEndo and was delighted to be awarded a distinction. Alison completed her Masters in Endodontics with a merit in 2016 from Chester University. She has recently been extending her experience in endodontic treatment by attending an apical microsurgery course in London and is keenly pursuing this interest. Alison is a full member of the British Endodontic Society, and the British Dental Association, and actively participates in meetings and seminars.

My name is Chantelle and I am the practice’s Treatment Co-Ordinator. From August 2015 to June 2021 I have worked as a dental nurse and experienced working in and alongside of all areas of dentistry such as implants, orthodontics, sedation and specialist endodontics.
My dental nursing experience makes it easy for me to explain and reassure patients with any treatment they may be undergoing and work with them to ensure they fully understand.
I truly enjoy working with patients and being someone that can offer them support with any queries they may have, making their dental experience as pleasant as possible.
Outside of work I enjoy travelling, cooking and interior design. I enjoy taking my dog for long walks and a swim.
