Jenny brings over five years of practice management experience, together with over 15 years previous HR office management and PA experience to the practice.
She attained a BA Honours degree in English in 2005.

Dr Alison Jane Warneken - Special Interest in Endodontics
BDS, MSc (Endo)
Alison graduated from Birmingham University in 1993. On graduating Alison Joined the Royal Navy and spent ten years in a variety of locations in the UK and abroad. Whilst working Alison gained proficient knowledge from many consultants but it was endodontics that inspired her and following several successful years taking internal referrals and developing her skills.
Alison continued to pursue her interest in endodontics working in referral endodontic jobs in a cosmetic practice in Stoke and a high-end implant, orthodontic and restorative practice in Nottingham. Alison is highly committed to a preventive approach to dentistry.
She spent 2011 and 2012 completing a Certificate and then a Diploma in Endodontics in Chester University with SimplyEndo and was delighted to be awarded a distinction. Alison completed her Masters in Endodontics with a merit in 2016 from Chester University. She has recently been extending her experience in endodontic treatment by attending an apical microsurgery course in London and is keenly pursuing this interest. Alison is a full member of the British Endodontic Society, and the British Dental Association, and actively participates in meetings and seminars.

Dr Sumeet Champaneri - Special Interest in Restorative Dentistry
Sumeet qualified from The University of Sheffield in 2015. Since this, Sumeet has undertaken a postgraduate diploma with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow and has worked within the Department of Restorative Dentistry at the Royal London Dental Hospital, London. During this year, Sumeet gained an accreditation in Conscious Dental Sedation and won the 2017 British Society of Restorative Dentistry Poster Presentation Prize. More recently, Sumeet has worked within the Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Department at the Queens Medical Centre, Nottingham and has had the opportunity to present at the World Congress of Dental Traumatology International Conference in San Diego.
Sumeet believes in providing high quality patient care and enjoys all aspects of general dentistry but has developed a particular interest in Restorative Dentistry. Sumeet strives to continue his knowledge and skill development and is therefore currently undertaking the Postgraduate Certificate in Medical Education with the University of Staffordshire.
Outside of dentistry, Sumeet enjoys travelling and participating in sports such as Football and Badminton.

Nick Smith - Clinical Dental Technician

I began my journey in dentistry as a dental technician qualifying from Nottingham Peoples College with an extended Diploma in dental technology. Once finished I refined my skills in the area of prosthetics ranging from simple dentures to implant retained prosthetics of all kinds.
I then attended the Clinical Dental Technology course overseen by the Royal College of surgeons and was successful in attaining this qualification on my first sitting after 24 months. I have since spent my time treating patients with a passion towards aesthetics and functionality an in turn, improving peoples smiles and confidence in their everyday life.
I like to see myself as an approachable and pragmatic individual who takes every challenge in stride and attain the best results possible in all aspects in and outside of work. Outside dentistry I enjoy social activities, football, cricket and boxing alongside spending time with the family.
Dr Ana Monteiro - Special Interest in Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry
Integrated Master’s Degree in Dentistry (Coimbra, Portugal)
I completed my Master’s in Dentistry in The University of Coimbra in 2017. During my training, I had the opportunity to research about Bone Regeneration and to present that work in several dental congresses. Since I qualified, I relocated to England and I have been working as a General Dentist.
I am passionate about improving my skills and being able to provide a high-quality Dentistry, so in the beginning of 2019, I started a MSc in Restorative Dental Practice at UCL in London. I am a member of The British Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and, currently, I am finding Aesthetic Dentistry and Facial Aesthetics quite rewarding. I am a firm believer in Minimally Invasive Dentistry and I also have a special place in my heart for Paediatric Dentistry.
My aim is to help people to achieve healthier and more aesthetic smiles, while making them feel at ease so they can actually enjoy “going to dentist”!
Outside of work, you may find me reading about completely random topics, walking my cat or cooking some Portuguese dishes.

Dr Natalie Maria Clark - Special Interest in Oral Surgery and Implants

I qualified from The University of Cardiff Dental School in 2015, with an Honours in Bachelor of Dental Surgery. I then went on to complete my vocational training year in Marlborough. In 2017 I commenced a Senior House Officer role in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery (OMFS), in The University of Southampton General Hospital. This was where I developed a passion for minor oral surgery and oral medicine. During this year I also completed the Diploma of Membership of the Faculty of Dental Surgery (MFDS) and I am now a member of The Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow. I continued to work part-time as a Staff Grade Speciality Dentist in Southampton General hospital for a further 3 years, whilst continuing to further develop my restorative skills in a busy private practice, along the South Coast.
I have a strong desire for continuing professional development, to enrich the scope of dentistry I am able to provide my patients. This allows me to create healthy, beautiful and natural smiles, whilst restoring your confidence. I believe patient experience and comfort is of utmost importance. This lead me to completing further postgraduate training with the Society for the Advancement of Anaesthesia in Dentistry (SAAD), allowing be to deliver Conscious intravenous sedation for dental procedures.
I enjoy many aspects of restorative and general dentistry, but I have a keen interest for minimally invasive cosmetic procedures, Invisalign (clear braces) and Oral surgery. At present, I am undertaking a Diploma with the internationally renowned Tipton Training Academy in Implantology and Restorative dentistry. I look forward to this soon becoming an additional service I may provide.
Outside of work, I love exploring other countries, hiking and spending time with family and friends.

Dr Paulina Costa - Special Interest in Cosmetic Dentistry
University of Concepcion, Chile
Dr. Paulina Costa, BDS (University of Concepcion, Chile) graduated with Distinction in 2002. She worked in private practice in Chile as a general dentist with an interest in cosmetic dentistry, before she came to the UK and in 2010 she successfully passed the ORE Exams to convert her qualifications in order to practise in the UK. She speaks fluent Spanish and English.
In 2013 she completed a One Year Postgraduate Certificate in Contemporary Restorative and Aesthetic Dentistry at Smile Concepts Dominic Hassall Training Institute in Solihull.
Outside dentistry Paulina loves to travel and has a passion for cooking and gardening.

Sunny is one of the few individuals with 2 degrees within the field of Dentistry, with the most recent qualification from the University of Birmingham with Honours and Distinction in clinical Dentistry, along with the BSPD paediatric award. He believes in consistent development in order to provide the best management for clients, and is now working towards his postgraduate diploma in Advanced Aesthetic Restorative Dentistry and Endodontics.
